Orders and Returns

Couriered & collection of orders?

The delivery charge is a set cost at R95 or collection in person.

Collections are available with prior arrangement only. Please ensure you call and collect. Monday to Thursday between 9 am-4 pm and Fridays between 9 am-12 pm from Beacon Bay (physical address to be confirmed once arrangements are made).
Orders will be processed within 24 hours after funds have cleared in our bank account (excluding weekends). Once the parcel leaves the Hera Warehouse, it will take 3-4 working days to get delivered. Postage costs are not refundable on returned items.

Do you offer refunds?

We are happy to exchange or refund your purchase should you not be entirely satisfied with the quality of your goods. Once your returned item/s have been delivered to the Hera Warehouse, and have been fully inspected, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that they have been received. We do not offer refunds on sale items unless they are faulty. To obtain a refund, you must notify us via email within 7 days of receiving goods.

If you would like to exchange the item, a collection and re-delivery will be at the cost of the purchaser. It would be handy if you could let us know the reason for the return so that we can improve products in the future.

Something is wrong, can I exchange my item?

If the incorrect size has been purchased we do allow for exchanges provided that the product is in brand new condition and still has its swing tag attached in an original manner and in the original packaging. If your item is not a manufacturing fault, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Hera sportswear (pty). To obtain an exchange, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving goods by emailing EMAIL. The above is applicable once per order.

How Do I Track My Order?

As soon as payment is received in our account we will make arrangements with the couriers. Once your order has been released we will provide you with a tracking number and you will be able to track your order accordingly. If you have any queries please don’t hesitate to get in touch via email:
