How do I place my order?

All orders must be done via our secure online shop. All products are subject to stock availability. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirming the full details of your transaction. If your size in a particular design is not available, please press the request a size, you will receive an email confirming estimate timing of manufacturing.


Please Note:
If any item is out of stock, we do operate on a backorder basis. Our team will get started with your order as soon as we receive proof of payment. Approximate lead time is generally 4 weeks but will be confirmed via email on receipt of payment.

How do place a custom order?

Hera sportswear has a custom “design your own” sporting apparel which makes your options unlimited. To enquire about custom apparel, please send an email to info@herasportswear.co.za with a brief description with mock images attached, giving us the best description of what you are looking for in sportswear.
Delivery is approximately 4-6 weeks from when the order has been paid for, and you have received a confirmation email. Custom orders will only be manufactured once payment has been received and the ETA on delivery will be communicated thereafter.
Quantities of less than 10 units may be subject to design fees.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Payments are to be made using Payfast or PayPal. These are safe and secure ways of paying for products for both clients and Hera co.za. Should you have any problems during the payment process, please contact us at info@herasportswear.co.za.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Our domain has an https certificate for security that aids in keeping your online purchase safe and secure. We DO NOT record any credit card details, pin or cvv numbers which are used on our site!
